Items must be returned unused, in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included, and in the same new condition in which they were received. A 25% restocking fee will be applied only if the product shows signs of use or has been removed from its original packaging. Simply contact our support team for a return authorization, ship the item back to us (you cover return shipping), and once we receive and inspect it, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method minus any applicable restocking fee.
