Our standard shipping rates apply to all orders, with delivery handled by trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and selected speed. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey right to your door. We process and dispatch orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), and most in-stock items leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days.
We want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned unused, in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included, and in the same new condition in which they were received. A 25% restocking fee will be applied only if the product shows signs of use or has been removed from its original packaging. Simply contact our support team for a return authorization, ship the item back to us (you cover return shipping), and once we receive and inspect it, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method minus any applicable restocking fee.
