The 6x6 Flange Adapter (also known as a 6x6 post saddle or heavy-duty post base) is a robust, hot-dip galvanized steel bracket engineered to bolt directly onto the flat top cap of larger-diameter ground screws (typically 3-1/2", 4-1/2", or 5-1/2" OD shafts) and securely cradle a nominal 6x6 (5.5" × 5.5" actual) timber post for heavy-load applications such as pergolas, carports, timber-frame pavilions, boardwalks, and commercial solar structures.
Easily supporting axial loads exceeding 20,000–40,000 lbs depending on the underlying pile capacity.

Our standard shipping rates apply to all orders, with delivery handled by trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and selected speed. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey right to your door. A 25% restocking fee will be applied only if the product shows signs of use or has been removed from its original packaging.
